Who we are

We are business architects.

Our team comprises professionals who have excelled in their academic careers and combine experience from consulting work and senior positions in the industry. The firm was founded by our current Chief Strategist, Stathis Rassias, who prior to founding Strategy Lens held senior roles in the Food and Beverages industry and advised multinational companies in FMCG and Financial Services on complex strategy issues.

Start Ups

Entrepreneurs and visionaries who are about to embark on a new business venture do not need to feel overwhelmed. Our Start Ups team designs and delivers strategies that will allow you to make your vision reality supporting the following key steps of the business formation process:

Testing the concept

Business Architecture

Our Business Architecture service line focuses on supporting your efforts to introduce new products or services, or helping you redefine your business model to better align it with the ever changing business environment. We provide solutions that focus on efficiency and resiliency and are informed by the specific dynamics of your business and market.

Process architecture

Our focus in Business Architecture is on process. We provide end-to-end solutions that result in new business units, or the transformation of the existing business as a whole. Our solutions offer a very detailed map of the new structure, including the definition and analysis of the core processes that will govern the new structure and the resources and assets involved. These solutions are coupled with a detailed implementation roadmap for realizing the new structure.

Realising the new design

At Strategy Lens, not only do we provide an analysis of the redefined business, but also we support all stages of the actual deployment of the solution. This would typically involve providing support in the tender process for acquiring new assets, supporting the recruitment of new personnel, or managing the process of getting permits and financing for the new business units. Depending on the scale and complexity of the solution, we also design and provide line of business applications that integrate with the existing adopted technology. Finally, to further enhance the transition to the new paradigm, we provide systematic training to all executives and personnel involved in or affected by the new structure.

Project analysis

At the analysis pillar we evaluate and analyze the dynamics of the project and its potential impact on existing operations. We perform a feasibility analysis testing its overall scope, its viability, and how it may affect the business during and after implementation. Project deployment

At the deployment pillar we support the actual implementation of the project. Business Recovery

Our Business Recovery service line focuses on assisting established business that are troubled by below par performance and aim to effect a turnaround. We support this effort through three core service streams:

Retrenchment

The retrenchment stream focuses on providing the breathing space that is necessary to give you the opportunity to plan for the actual recovery. We analyze current business processes and identify all the non-critical operations that can be reduced or eliminated to achieve cost savings. We reduce overall operating costs, while at the same time ensuring that there will be minimal impact on the core business offering. Furthermore, within this stream we offer support in negotiations with financial institutions, with a focus on improving current financing conditions.

Recovery

The recovery stream focuses on empowering the core of the business and on increasing overall efficiency to improve revenue streams. In this pillar we redesign existing operations to make them leaner and more efficient. Also within this stream we support the planning and delivery of divestiture projects that aim at removing business units or assets that present a burden to overall operations.

Renewal

At the renewal stream we focus on investing in new processes, so as to enhance your overall market position and build the foundations for future growth. Here the focus is on the external environment, so as to identify the optimal position that the newly recovered business should occupy in the market place in order to prepare for future growth.


Leading industries

At Strategy Lens our focus is on serving clients who are currently active or have a vision to get involved in either the Food and Beverages, or the Hospitality industries. In the Food and Beverages industry we offer specialized solutions that address the handling of perishable products throughout all stages of their lifecycle, as well as the positioning of said products in the marketplace. Our process design is closely coupled with custom applications that we develop and are especially suited to the needs of companies in the industry. Catering

In Catering we offer specialized solutions for the management of the supply chain and human capital.
