Strategy Lens Management Consultants is the tradename for Strategy Lens P.C. a private company registered in Hellas with G.E.C.R: 137945316000 and tax code EL-800713782. Strategy Lens P.C. is a member of the Rassias Ventures group of companies, which is a network of companies sharing information and infrastructure related resources. Strategy Lens P.C., which is the entity that is managing the Recruitment Process, is referred to in this Statement and Terms of Use as “we”, “us”, or “our”. All processes and tasks performed by us in the context of attracting, evaluating and selecting candidates for roles with us, our clients or other members of the Rassias Ventures group of companies are referred to herein as the “Recruitment Process” or “Recruitment Activities” or “Our Recruitment”. This includes but is not limited to all stages of the application evaluation process, all stages of the testing and interview process and background checks performed on candidates.

Strategy Lens is a privacy conscious entity committed to respecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
Strategy Lens has developed, maintains and operates a Recruitment Management System, comprising various tools and methodologies, for its own recruitment needs and to facilitate the recruitment needs of its clients and other members of the Rassias Ventures group of companies.

This Recruitment Privacy Statement (“Statement”) informs you about how we treat information that is collected during recruitment activities. It sets out what kind of Personal Data we may collect, how we process your Personal Data during our Recruitment, and what rights you have in relation to such data. Personal data means any information alone or combined with other data which may be used to identify an individual.

We may provide you with additional privacy information to this Statement via supplements and other notices. If there is a difference between such notices and this Statement, the notices will take precedence.


Data that we collect and process
During the Recruitment Process including the initial application and further testing and interview stages we collect Personal Data directly from you as well as from other available sources to the extent relevant and permitted by applicable local law.
Quality of Data Provided
All the information you submit must be complete, accurate and up to date. We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we possess accurate and to delete incorrect or unnecessary personal data. We encourage you to access your personal data by contacting our recruitment team from time to time to ensure that it is up to date. To the extent permitted or required by applicable local law or subject to your consent, we may use public sources in order to verify that Personal Data we hold is correct.
Subject to applicable local law and practice, the categories of Personal Data that are typically collected and processed in the recruitment context are as follows:
Information you provide
When you send an application to our recruitment team or otherwise interact with Strategy Lens for any and all Recruitment Purposes, you may be asked to provide information, such as:

  • Your name, your gender, date of birth, marital status and criminal record;
  • Your street address, telephone number and email address and other contact details;
  • A copy of your Personal Identification Card or Passport identifying you as the individual applying for a role with us; and
  • Your competences, skills, experience and education, e.g. your CV or resume, previous employments, educational details and qualifications, third party references.
  • Information gathered when you interact with us
    When you access our services online, our systems automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such information. When you use our services or otherwise interact with us over telecommunications networks, certain additional information, such as your mobile subscription number, may be transmitted to Strategy Lens by the telecommunications operator as a standard part of that communication.
    Other information
    We may collect other information, such as information found from public sources as well as information related to credit or background checks, depending on the position you are applying for.


    Access to your information by Strategy Lens and thrid Parties
    If you are applying for a role with us and except as disclosed in this document, or as otherwise disclosed at the point of collection, your personal information will only be made available to individuals within Strategy Lens and individuals within other member entities of the Rassias Ventures group of companies.
    If you are applying for a role with one of our clients and except as disclosed in this document, or as otherwise disclosed at the point of collection, your personal information will be made available to individuals within Strategy Lens and the entity offering the role you are applying for.
    Your personal information may be shared with service providers, who process data on behalf of Strategy Lens or provide other services for the conduct of our business, such as companies providing employment verification services and background and credit checks. These authorized third parties may have access to your Personal Data in the course of providing the technical services but will be contractually restricted from processing your Personal Data for other purposes. Strategy Lens also requires them to act consistently with this Statement and to use appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data.
    Where Strategy Lens takes steps to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses this may involve disclosing Personal Data. In such circumstances, Strategy Lens will take all reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate measures to protect Personal Data are taken by such companies.
    Strategy Lens may also disclose and otherwise process your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law to defend Strategy Lens’s legitimate interests, for example, in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

    Data processing, retention and safekeeping
    Strategy Lens may process your Personal Data for general recruitment purposes. These may include the following task categories without being restricted by them.
    1. To communicate with you, in the context of our recruitment. This may include the following:
      • To obtain additional information where necessary
      • To inform you of available vacancies;
      • To provide you with information relating to your application and to fulfill your requests; and
    2. For our own recruitment and resourcing activities as well as those of our clients and other member entities of the Rassias Ventures group of companies. As such, we may use your information:
      • To set up and conduct interviews and assessments;
      • To evaluate, select and recruit applicants;
      • To conduct background and credit checks and assessments as required or permitted by applicable local law; and
      • To contact third party references provided by you to evaluate your previous performances or as otherwise necessary in context of recruitment activities.
    3. To develop and improve our recruitment processes. In this context we may use your Personal Data for our research and the improvement of our management system, our websites and other related services. Where feasible, we will anonymize information during such activities.
    Information Retention
    Your personal information will be retained for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process or for any longer period as required by law, to meet regulatory obligations, or as may be necessary to facilitate any ongoing relationship. Where permitted by law, your personal information may also be retained to consider you for other positions for which you may be qualified. Whenever necessary and subject to statutory record-keeping requirements, we will delete and/or anonymize Personal Data that are no longer needed.
    Safeguarding your information
    Both privacy and security are key considerations for Strategy Lens. We have designed our systems with privacy and security at the core and we have assigned specific responsibilities and strict controls to address privacy and security related matters. We design and enforce our internal policies with a focus on proactive and reactive risk management, security and privacy engineering, training and assessments. We take appropriate steps to address online security, physical security, risk of data loss and other such risks taking into consideration the risk represented by the processing and the nature of the data being protected. Also, we enforce strict controls regarding access to data bases that contain personal data and limit this access to authorized persons with a justified need to access such information.


    Your rights
    Regarding access to your Personal Data, you will always have the rights as provided by applicable local law. For a copy of your personal information you will need to make a request in writing to our recruitment team.
    There may be certain categories of information prescribed by applicable local law that Strategy Lens may lawfully withhold. This includes but is not limited to information relating to your performance and general conduct during your participation in all assessment and interview stages including the initial application assessment stage. Any and all information that has been generated during these stages is the property of Strategy Lens. At our discretion and following your explicit request we may provide further information regarding your performance in the form of feedback but only if we deem that such information does not pose a threat to our Intellectual Property rights.
    At any time you have the right to request that the personal information that you directly provided prior to any processing by us be deleted. This request must be made directly to our recruitment team in writing or using the contact form provided on our Website. You may also revoke your consent or object to certain processing activities. Such a request however will render us unable to evaluate your fit for a role and therefore will terminate any participation you may have to our recruitment process as well as that of other members of the Rassias Ventures group of companies and our clients.
    You will have no access and may not request copies in any form or substance of any assessment material that has been used during our recruitment activities.
