2024 is estimated be a new record year for tourist arrivals in Greece. However, many businesses in the hospitality sector appear to be short-staffed on the eve of the season. Filling 80.000 job roles is a headache for the state and no small task for the tourism sector. We examine the causes and investigate potential remedies.
